Zve\u0159ejnilo to dnes Ministerstvo financ\u00ed (MF) SR v opat\u0159en\u00ed, kter\u00e9 nabude \u00fa\u010dinnosti 1. ledna 2010. Tato ka\u017edoro\u010dn\u00ed povinnost vypl\u00fdv\u00e1 MF SR podle z\u00e1kona o stavebn\u00edm spo\u0159en\u00ed.<br>Syst\u00e9m stavebn\u00edho spo\u0159en\u00ed na Slovensku se do praxe zavedl pot\u00e9, co N\u00e1rodn\u00ed banka Slovenska ud\u011blila 29. \u0159\u00edjna 1992 prvn\u00ed licenci na v\u00fdkon stavebn\u00edho spo\u0159en\u00ed Prvn\u00ed stavebn\u00ed spo\u0159iteln\u011b (PSS). St\u00e1t nep\u0159etr\u017eit\u011b podporuje stavebn\u00ed spo\u0159en\u00ed pr\u00e9mi\u00ed, jej\u00ed\u017e v\u00fd\u0161e, na za\u010d\u00e1tku stanoven\u00e1 na 40 %, se postupn\u011b sni\u017eovala a tento trend pokra\u010doval i po 1. lednu roku 2002, kdy byla 20 %. St\u00e1tn\u00ed pr\u00e9mie se na \u00fa\u010det spo\u0159itele p\u0159ipisuje jednou za rok.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">V sou\u010dasnosti na trhu p\u016fsob\u00ed PSS, W\u00fcstenrot stavebn\u00ed spo\u0159itelna a nejmlad\u0161\u00ed \u010cSOB Stavebn\u00ed spo\u0159itelna.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Model stavebn\u00edho spo\u0159en\u00ed je zalo\u017een na my\u0161lence, \u017ee spo\u0159itel si sv\u00fdmi vklady, st\u00e1tn\u00ed pr\u00e9mi\u00ed a \u00faroky naspo\u0159\u00ed \u010d\u00e1st prost\u0159edk\u016f, kter\u00e9 pot\u0159ebuje ke zlep\u0161en\u00ed sv\u00e9ho bydlen\u00ed. Druhou \u010d\u00e1st m\u016f\u017ee z\u00edskat od stavebn\u00ed spo\u0159itelny jako \u00fav\u011br. Spo\u0159itel se rozhodne o v\u00fd\u0161i c\u00edlov\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1stky, tedy pen\u011bz, kter\u00e9 chce z\u00edskat stavebn\u00edm spo\u0159en\u00edm p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm na rekonstrukci a modernizaci bytu nebo domu. Podm\u00ednkou pro p\u0159id\u011blen\u00ed c\u00edlov\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1stky je spo\u0159en\u00ed minim\u00e1ln\u011b 24 m\u011bs\u00edc\u016f a minim\u00e1ln\u011b naspo\u0159en\u00fdch 25 % c\u00edlov\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1stky. Z\u00e1rove\u0148 si spo\u0159itel vybere tarif. Ta m\u00e1 vliv na v\u00fd\u0161i m\u011bs\u00ed\u010dn\u00edch vklad\u016f, rychlost p\u0159id\u011blen\u00ed c\u00edlov\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1stky, na v\u00fd\u0161i spl\u00e1tek a lh\u016ftu spl\u00e1cen\u00ed \u00fav\u011bru. Za uzav\u0159en\u00ed smlouvy si stavebn\u00ed spo\u0159itelna \u00fa\u010dtuje poplatek.
